So don’t stress too much about it at least. There’s a way to reset your password if you forgot it. It won’t even take long as long as you have the email address or phone number you registered with.

If you’ve forgotten your Facebook password, don’t worry. There are a few ways to try and get back in. But the easiest is by using the “Forgot your password?” option. You must have access to the email account or phone number that you used when registering with Facebook.


But let’s say you no longer have access to them. Do not fret, all hope isn’t lost yet. You can recover your account just by using your backup email address and phone number, or through the Find My Account page. Here's how:

Try logging in with the last password you remember.


If it's wrong click on "Forgot your password?"


You’ll be sent to another page where you will have to enter an email address, phone number, full name or username associated with your Facebook account in the search field


Just do as they tell on screen after that.
